Fretherne with Saul Parish Council is delighted to share that the War Memorial at Fretherne has recently been professionally cleaned by the War Memorial Conservation Company, and the results are truly outstanding.
The memorial has been carefully cleaned to a beautiful condition while respecting its historic significance, and we hope everyone will agree that it looks absolutely stunning.
To help ensure it remains in excellent condition for years to come, War Memorial Conservation Co will carry out an annual inspection, with their findings reported back to the Parish Council so that any future conservation needs can be identified at an early stage.
We hope you’ll take a moment to admire the Memorial and join us in appreciating this important part of our parish’s heritage.
The photo’s show before, during and after the cleaning process.
